The developer is not liable for any damages, losses, or harm — to you, your data, or your pet — arising from the use of, or inability to use, Sugar Log, including but not limited to inaccurate readings, missed doses, or lost records.
We are not responsible for the loss of any data you store in Sugar Log. Servers, databases, and hosting can fail without warning. You should export your data and back it up regularly so a technical problem never costs you your dog's history.
Sugar Log may use cookies to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences, and may show advertisements to help support the free service. We do not share, sell, or rent your account data — your glucose readings, email address, or any other account information — with third parties.
These terms may change as the app changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Deleting Your Account
You may request we delete your account by using the Feature Request to send us a message. At the time your account is removed, we will delete your contact information and customizable data such as Notes. We will retain the fields of data for Breed, Pet's Name, Pet's Date of Birth, Pet's Weight, Date, Glucose Level, Prior Dose, Fasting, and Curve Data.
